Every plan provides access to the ELDIRA Body Checker platform and API, a tenant-branded header and footer, your own herb catalogue, prices and currency, tenant administration tools, customer and Herb Pack history, catalogue updates, and secure Stripe Checkout. Support levels and the sales percentage vary by plan.

Each plan has two separate charges:A fixed monthly platform feeA percentage of every successfully paid ELDIRA saleThe monthly fee provides continued access to the ELDIRA platform. The sales percentage allows the cost to grow naturally with your business.

The first monthly payment is charged when your subscription is activated. Stripe then charges the same monthly fee automatically on each renewal date while the subscription remains active. Your exact renewal date will be shown during plan activation.

The percentage is applied only after Stripe confirms that a customer’s ELDIRA order has been paid successfully. No sales fee is charged when somebody only uses the Body Checker, creates a Herb Pack, abandons the Shopping Cart, cancels Checkout, or has a declined payment.

The percentage is calculated from the final paid value of the ELDIRA herb products in the order. Separately charged delivery costs and applicable taxes are not included in the ELDIRA sales-percentage calculation.For example, with a 10% plan, a successfully paid €100 Herb Pack produces a €10 ELDIRA platform fee.

You pay only the fixed monthly platform fee. No sales-percentage fee is charged when there are no successfully paid ELDIRA orders.

The customer completes payment securely through Stripe Checkout. Stripe deducts the agreed ELDIRA platform percentage from the successful sale and routes the remaining amount to your connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s own processing fees, adjustments, and payout schedule.

You may request an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation of your plan. Unless otherwise agreed, the change takes effect from the next monthly billing period. Fees already charged for completed subscription periods or successfully paid orders are not changed retrospectively. Full cancellation and refund conditions are described in the ELDIRA Tenant Agreement.

Before activation, the tenant must complete the application, provide the required business information, submit a compatible herb catalogue, agree to the Tenant Agreement and complete the necessary technical configuration. Payment functions also require an approved connected Stripe account.

Yes. To receive customer payments automatically, each tenant must connect an eligible Stripe account and complete Stripe’s identity and business verification. Stripe independently decides whether an account can accept payments and receive payouts.

No. Stripe’s payment-processing, currency-conversion, refund, dispute and other applicable fees are separate from the ELDIRA monthly platform fee and Sales Fee. Stripe deducts its charges according to the tenant’s account, country and transaction type.

Displayed plan prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT or another applicable tax may be added according to the tenant’s country, tax status and the final Plan Order Form.

Yes. Tenants can update supported catalogue information through the available Tenant Panel and CSV tools. Submitted changes must pass ELDIRA validation before becoming active. The tenant is responsible for keeping product information, prices, currencies, links and availability accurate.

The tenant remains the seller of its herbal products and is responsible for stock, product quality, packaging, shipping, customs, customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds. ELDIRA provides the Body Checker platform and supporting technical services but does not physically fulfil the tenant’s orders.

ELDIRA does not collect or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, online-banking credentials or Stripe verification documents. Sensitive payment information is entered and processed securely through Stripe. ELDIRA stores only the limited order and payment-status information required to operate the service, maintain customer history and meet legal obligations.

No. The ELDIRA Body Checker is an educational and product-support tool. It does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medical treatment or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Tenants must describe and promote their products lawfully and must not make unauthorised medical claims.

The onboarding process includes reviewing the tenant’s application and business information, checking and mapping the tenant’s herb catalogue to the ELDIRA Herbs Master List, selecting a plan, signing the Tenant Agreement, configuring the tenant’s branding, currency, product links and Shopping Cart, connecting and verifying the tenant’s Stripe account, and testing the complete Body Checker and checkout journey. The tenant’s ELDIRA service is activated after the required information is complete and all compatibility, safety and technical checks have passed.
